Job Title:  Talent Acquisition  / HR Recruiter

Department: HR/Recruitment

Reporting to: Senior Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Source and screen candidates.
  2. Create job postings and advertisements.
  3. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates.
  4. Verify candidate documents.
  5. Improve recruitment processes.
  6. Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment goals.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
  2. 1 - 5year of experience in recruitment.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Teamwork and time management abilities.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Work Location :  Kandivali East
