About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to plan, manage, and execute events that promote our brand, solutions, and services. The ideal candidate should have experience in organizing corporate, tech, or B2B events, with a passion for delivering high-impact experiences that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute corporate events, webinars, tech expos, seminars, and client engagement activities.

Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align events with business objectives.

Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, branding, and catering.

Oversee event registration and communication, including reminders, follow-ups, and feedback collection.

Ensure all events are executed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Stay up to date with industry event trends and bring innovative ideas to the table.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or related field.

  • 0- 2 years of experience in event planning, preferably in the IT or tech sector.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

  • Comfortable using tools like Zoom, MS Teams, Eventbrite, HubSpot, Canva, etc.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.

  • Willingness to travel for event execution if required.
