Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate between vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality app enhancements.

  • Ensure UX/UI improvements align with user needs and business objectives, leveraging user feedback and analytics

  • App Campaigns

  • Develop and implement app marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

  • Build and manage loyalty programs for existing customers through marketing automation and personalized communication.

  • Work on strategies to increase app downloads and engagement for existing customers through structured campaign plans.

  • Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Analyze app performance metrics (downloads, ratings, reviews) and track KPIs to inform data-driven decisions.

  • Monitor user feedback and identify areas for improvement to enhance app functionality and user satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and the latest app marketing tools and technologies.
