About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable male Personal Assistant & Personal Secretary based in Kochi. This role involves managing schedules, itineraries, and reminders, and you will need to be tech-savvy and familiar with the latest technologies. The position also requires travel to cities like Goa, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Dubai, and possibly other locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain schedules and itineraries.
  • Provide reminders and manage daily tasks.
  • Use computers, laptops, and the latest tech efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with other companies' CEOs and high-profile clients.
  • Be adaptable, calm, and willing to learn new skills.
  • Stay with the founder during travel when required.

Requirements:

  • Must be locally based in Kochi.
  • English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT and modern technology.
  • International exposure and cultural awareness.
  • Disciplined, non-smoker, non-drinker, and drug-free.
  • Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) is mandatory.
