We are looking for qualified site supervisors / site engineers to manage and organize construction
projects on our worksites.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Managing and instructing the site workers, setting their schedules, and monitoring their performance.
  • Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed strictly.
  • Quality Control
  • Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any potential hazards immediately.
  • Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, site activities, and progress reports.
  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure that all activities align with the project plan.
  • Ordering and managing the inventory of construction materials to ensure a steady supply without excessive overstock.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting any issues that may interrupt the timeline or budget of the project.


Requirements Required Skills:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; however, a bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field is often preferred.
  • Proven experience in construction management or a similar role, typically 3+ years,demonstrating a track record of managing personnel and projects successfully.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations is essential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills necessary for managing diverse teams.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
