We are looking for a
hands-on Farm & Landscape Manager
to take complete care of our farmhouse and its green assets. This role is ideal for someone passionate about nature, sustainable agriculture, and creating beautiful, healthy landscapes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day farm operations, including crop planning, soil health, and natural pest management.
  • Manage horticulture and gardening activities — seasonal flowers, ornamental plants, fruit trees, and kitchen gardens.
  • Develop and maintain landscaping: lawns, pathways, trees, shrubs, and water features.
  • Plan and execute organic/natural farming practices for vegetables, fruits, and herbs.
  • Supervise irrigation, composting, mulching, and eco-friendly fertilization techniques.
  • Monitor grass and lawn health, pruning, trimming, and plant propagation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, nurseries, and labor for supplies and specialized services.
  • Maintain cleanliness, aesthetics, and functionality of the entire farmhouse grounds.
  • Prepare budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective, high-quality results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in farming, horticulture, landscaping, or plantation management.
  • Strong knowledge of
    organic/natural farming techniques

  • Ability to supervise and guide a small team of farm workers and gardeners.
  • Good planning, problem-solving, and record-keeping skills.
  • Passionate about sustainability, biodiversity, and healthy soil/plant care.
