We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Recruiter/Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure seamless communication and coordination across the team.

Experience :-2 to 8 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize recruitment portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. to source and screen qualified candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up on candidate feedback.
  • Source a minimum of 1-5 candidate profiles daily, meeting daily sourcing targets
  • Meet individual hiring and billing targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Update and maintain data on daily basis.
