Role & responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding: Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates, as well as managing the onboarding process for new employees.
- Compensation and benefits: Administering payroll, managing employee benefits such as health insurance, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Employee relations and engagement: Addressing employee concerns, managing grievances, and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Performance management: Assisting with performance appraisals, employee development, and training programs.
- Compliance and policy: Ensuring the organization complies with all relevant labor laws, updating HR policies, and maintaining confidential employee data.
- HR administration: Managing HR databases, creating reports for management, and handling other administrative tasks.
