Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a strong background in accounting and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP and be well-versed in statutory compliances like TDS, GST, and PT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update accounting records in Tally ERP
  • Prepare and post vouchers, invoices, and bills
  • Verify and check bills for accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare workings for TDS, GST, PT, and other statutory taxes
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
  • Prepare outstanding payment lists and support payment processing
  • Maintain books of accounts, including preparation of Monthly P&L and MIS reports
  • Ensure smooth coordination with other departments

Skills Required:

  • Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Candidate:

  • Candidate with NBFC background will be preferred
