Role & responsibilities:

  • Inquiry given to vendors Make comparison, Costing & accordingly raised PR to PO New Vendor Develop Registration.
  • Audit & start development as per our drgs.
  • Looking over all D&D projects of RA Export, OE & Casting Development
  • Communication between Vendor & Design up to PPAP Batch submission
  • Develop aluminum, Turning, Press, MS, FRP, Brass, Fan guard, Thrash guard, Brackets, Rubber Hose
  • Critical part like Floating Valve, Bend Pipes MS & Aluminium , SS Oil cooler, Mechanical Bonded oil cooler
  • Fan & Motor inquiry
  • Costing of Bkt, Turned parts, Rubber Hoses ,Brass, Bend Pipes, Thrash guard,Bush Pipe, make up pipe,Press parts
  • Technical details / Feasibility check of components
  • Negotiation with suppliers
  • PO release as per Capital, Subcontracting & Regular PO
  • Develop Rubber Parts in Banco Ankhi
  • Proposal Make for approval
  • Cost saving of Seal foam (alternate grade) & Hex Flange screw
  • First part sample inspection submission process & coordination
  • F/UP for sample report
  • Sharing report to concern supplier & taking back second sample if any NC observed in inspection report
  • Re-submission of sample to quality & repeat process
