Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain Management professional located in Vadodara. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials from suppliers to customers. Daily tasks will involve analyzing supply chain data, communicating with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that the procurement process is efficient and cost-effective.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate supply chain performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
  • Proficiency in procurement processes, including supplier selection and contract negotiation
  • Experience in inventory management and ensuring optimal stock levels
  • Detailed knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
