Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator with strong analytical and coordination skills to support daily operational activities. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the ability to manage communication workflows, reporting, and stakeholder coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor day-to-day communication operations across internal teams.
  • Analyze data, workflow performance, and communication patterns to recommend improvements.
  • Work extensively on Microsoft Dynamics CRM for tracking, updating, and maintaining customer information.
  • Prepare and share reports, dashboards, and insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication flow and operational alignment.
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges and ensure timely resolutions.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and operational management capabilities.
  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving ability.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, IT, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
