Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive (Fresher) to support daily operational activities, coordinate with internal teams, handle data, and assist in lead generation & assessment tasks. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in operations and business processes.


Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Coordinate with internal teams to maintain efficient workflows.

Manage accurate data entry, reporting, and documentation.

Assist in lead generation and initial lead screening activities.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports with timely follow-ups.


Required Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email.

Good time management and organizational abilities.

Additional Skills (Add-on):

Lead Generation (basic understanding / calling / online leads)

Lead Assessment / Screening

Basic data analysis & reporting

Problem-solving mindset


Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any stream (BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / Any Graduate)
