  • Manage end-to-end export–import coordination including logistics, shipment movement, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage communication with Chinese vendors, logistics partners, customs agents, and internal project teams.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring timely dispatch, quality tracking, and operational alignment.
  • Ensure smooth post-shipment coordination, including clearance, warehousing, delivery, and client handover.
  • Handle payments and maintain accurate financial records related to procurement.

Requirements

  • Graduate with 2–3 years of experience in operations, back-office coordination, or related roles.
  • Basic working knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills with the ability to coordinate across internal and external stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
