Responsibilities we'll trust you with: 1. Partnership Identification and Evaluation: ○ Conduct market research to identify potential business partners in the industry. ○ Screen and evaluate selected businesses, setting long -term partnership goals. 2. Partner Engagement and Connection: ○ Reach out to selected businesses and schedule introductory meetings. ○ Profile potential partners based on synergies and alignment with our objectives. ○ Establish engagement and connections with potential partners. 3. Alignment and Governance: ○ Ensure alignment and consistency between the company and partners, including global partner programs and KPI standards. 4. Partnership Initiatives and Optimization: ○ Take ownership of partnership initiatives, including training, contracts, marketing, data, and optimization efforts to maximize partnership goals. 5. Market Research and Insights: ○ Stay updated on market trends, competition, and clients through continuous market research. 6. Prospective Partner Identification and Target Setting: ○ Identify key prospective strategic partners and creators, set personal targets, and execute partnership activities accordingly. 7. Internal Stakeholder Collaboration: ○ Collaborate with cross -functional teams to advocate for specific partners and overcome obstacles by providing solutions and alternatives. 8. Marketing and Sales Understanding: ○ Demonstrate a broad understanding of marketing and sales activities and tactics. 9. Effective Communication and Needs Assessment: ○ Effectively communicate with prospective partners to understand their needs, pain points, and challenges. 10.
