Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and Execute Digital Strategy: Align digital initiatives with Marwari Catalyst's mission and goals, identifying target audiences, defining KPIs, and setting measurable objectives.
• Build and Manage the Digital Team: Recruit, train, and lead a team of talented digital marketing specialists, including content creators, social media managers, SEO experts, and data analysts. Foster a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Stay Ahead of Digital Trends: Research and analyze the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure Marwari Catalyst remains competitive and innovative.

2. Digital Marketing & Operations:

• Lead Demand Generation: Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing) to attract and engage high-potential startups.
• Manage Online Presence: Oversee the accelerator's website, blog, and social media platforms, ensuring they are optimized for user engagement, informative content, and SEO.
• Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with startup founders, investors, mentors, and other key stakeholders to foster a vibrant online community.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key metrics and analyze campaign performance to assess the effectiveness of digital initiatives, generating actionable reports to drive continuous improvement.

3. Innovation & Technology:

• Foster a Culture of Innovation: Encourage experimentation within the team and among startups, driving digital innovation and best practices.
• Provide Digital Mentorship: Guide startups through their digital transformation journeys, helping them enhance their online presence, build their brands, and leverage technology for growth.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Strategic Thinking & Planning: Ability to craft and execute comprehensive digital strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable results.
• Leadership & Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, manage, and mentor a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal teams, startups, and external partners.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
• Data Analysis & Interpretation: Proficient in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and refine strategies.
• Innovation & Adaptability: A passion for emerging technologies and the ability to adapt quickly to the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Preferred Experience:

• Proven experience of 4+ years in digital marketing leadership roles, particularly in startups or fast-paced environments.
• Experience with startup ecosystems or working with early-stage companies is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with digital tools, platforms, and software used for marketing automation, CRM, and analytics.
