Tele calling Executive
to join our team in Hyderabad and play a key role in driving our customer engagement and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential property buyers to introduce AVAASA projects.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about available properties.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups.
  • Schedule appointments and site visits for interested clients.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience:
    Minimum 1 year in Tele calling or Customer Support roles.
  • Domain Preference:
    Candidates with experience in
    Real Estate
    will be preferred.
  • Languages:
    Proficiency in
    English and Telugu
    is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of real estate trends and buyer preferences is a plus.
  • Passion for working in a client-facing role and achieving targets.
