Sales Executive Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to optimize results.
Sales Executive Requirements:
- Demonstrated history of sales achievement with a minimum of 0-5 year of experience in a comparable position.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles, with a focus on consultative selling approaches.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities enable effective engagement and influence over a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and analyse sales data.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth.
