**Job Title: Executive - Operation Excellence**

**Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive to join our Operation Excellence department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and excellence within an organization. The Executive will play a key role in optimizing processes, improving productivity, and ensuring the highest level of operational performance.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and support operational projects to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure alignment with operational goals.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operational excellence role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of driving operational improvements and efficiencies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
