Analyst/Senior Analyst – Insurance Operations (Grade B1/B2)

Location:
Mumbai (Hybrid role – at least 3 days in-office)

Are you ready to work with complex and diverse insurance processes? We're looking for a talented individual to join our MMA operations team at Marsh. This role offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your insurance knowledge, enhance client management skills, and grow within a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Contribute to achieving SLAs, KPIs, and business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain high performance standards and accurate reporting
  • Develop a solid understanding of relevant insurance legislation
  • Complete all assigned training activities promptly
  • Meet production and quality targets during training and BAU
  • Communicate work status and issues proactively with managers
  • Adhere to schedule and attendance policies

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring statutory and company procedures are followed to protect clients and the business
  • Using Marsh systems effectively to monitor and record information
  • Staying updated on regulatory requirements and risk management
  • Recognizing how your actions impact compliance and risk

What We're Looking For:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in Insurance Operations
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and client interactions
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with Document Validation/Review
  • Familiarity with Agency Management Systems (desired)
  • Open to working in shifts:
  • 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM
  • 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • Insurance certifications from The Institutes, USA
  • Post-graduate or certification courses in Insurance
  • Prior experience in insurance processes
