Role & responsibilities

  • Perform engine assembly, alternator assembly, and machine assembly as per defined processes and work instructions.
  • Conduct testing of assembled machines and components to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily/weekly production targets.
  • Assist in troubleshooting assembly issues and escalate where required.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of assembly and testing activities.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and 5S in the production area.
  • Utilize MS Excel for recording production data, maintaining test results, and preparing reports.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Hands-on experience in engine assembly, alternator, and machine assembly.
  • Knowledge of testing procedures and quality checks.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
