Equipment Specialist

Join us in a challenging role where you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and minimizing downtime.

• Maintain and repair machinery, including HMCs, VMCs, SPMs, to optimize performance and minimize breakdowns.
• Evaluate and implement safety protocols to ensure zero safety incidents in the machine shop.
• Implement housekeeping standards to achieve high 5S scores.
• Collaborate with plant engineering department to maintain discipline norms.
• Analyze and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis.

• Prepare maintenance reports and update records.
• Execute PM schedules and commission new machines.
• Monitor Maximo system for timely completion of work orders.
• Implement safety systems to ensure a safe working environment.

• Diploma in Mechanical Maintenance or Machine Shop, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-7 years experience in machine shop maintenance activities, preferably with hands-on experience with CNCs, VMCs, HMCs, SPMs, gantry, and robot systems.
• Knowledge of machine tools, manufacturing fundamentals, good communication skills, and basic knowledge of health and safety principles.
• Familiarity with TPM, 5S, RCA techniques, and safety practices.
