Role & responsibilities

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Analytics Executive who loves turning numbers into narratives. At CallBotics, were shaping the future of AI-powered enterprise conversations and we need a data storyteller who can uncover insights that fuel smarter decisions and better performance. Youll work closely with the Marketing, Growth, and Leadership teams to track campaign impact, analyze funnel performance, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive revenue.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in marketing or performance analytics.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Looker Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Deep understanding of key marketing metrics CPC, CPL, CTR, ROI, CAC, conversion rate.
  • Ability to synthesize large data sets and turn insights into plain, actionable business recommendations.
  • Prior experience working in a startup or growth-stage company, managing analytics end toend.
  • Excellent communication skills you can explain complex data clearly and confidently.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to SaaS, AI, or automation-based marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with creative and demand generation teams.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and attribution modeling
