Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Solution Design Head to lead high-value solutioning for our Hire-to-Retire (H2R) Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) practice. This role is pivotal in crafting innovative and commercially viable solutions for large clients in the HR domain and driving transformation using digital enablers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the end-to-end solution design for HRO deals (Hire to Retire).

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define business needs, and architect transformative HR solutions.

  • Lead RFx responses, solution blueprints, cost models, and strategic presentations for large HRO pursuits.

  • Build offerings and tools for Digital HR Transformation, automation, and efficiency.

  • Align with internal teams, delivery, pricing, and technology stakeholders.

  • Support PoCs, due diligence, and internal/external solution evangelism.

  • Build and mentor a team of HRO solution consultants.

  • Stay current with emerging HCM platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP).

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant post-MBA experience, primarily in HRO solutioning.

  • Deep domain expertise in Payroll, Employee Lifecycle Management, Benefits, and Learning Services.

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering large-scale HRO solutions for BPO/shared services.

  • Strong exposure to digital levers: automation, analytics, self-service, platforms.

  • Experience working with HR technologies (Workday, SuccessFactors, ADP, Oracle).

  • Ability to lead client discussions, delivery planning, and commercial model development.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • MBA (Tier-I preferred); SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR certifications are desirable.
