Role Overview

The Executive – HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business teams, owning end-to-end HR operations for an employee base of 100–120 people. This role demands a strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, organizational culture building, and problem-solving capabilities. The position is responsible for strengthening people practices, ensuring compliance, and enabling a positive and productive work environment aligned with Asort's values.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

· Manage hiring for various departments, including creating JDs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.

· Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for critical roles.

· Onboard new joiners and ensure smooth integration into teams.

  1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

· Manage complete employee lifecycle: Maintain and monitor attendance, leave records, HR databases, and personnel files.

· Prepare and issue HR letters, memos, and official communication.

· Coordinate payroll inputs, including attendance, increments, and F&F documentation.

  1. HR Business Partnering

· Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers.

· Address employee concerns, grievances, and feedback with professionalism and confidentiality.

· Support teams in performance management, goal setting, and appraisal documentation.

· Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and support organizational goals.

  1. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

· Plan and execute monthly employee engagement activities, festivals, townhalls (Dayone), R&R programs, and company events.

· Lead internal communication initiatives including newsletters, announcements, and employee updates.

· Promote a positive work culture through proactive engagement and recognition practices.

  1. Payroll Management

· Support payroll by providing inputs,

· Support managers in end-to-end appraisal cycle.

· Track KRAs, documentation, reviews, and final evaluation sheets.

· Identify performance improvement areas and support necessary interventions.

  1. Event & Experience Coordination

· Collaborate with the event management team to manage internal and distributor-related events.

· Oversee logistics, communication, and employee participation for company events.


Skills & Competencies

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· High level of ownership, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.

· Good understanding of HR operations, and organizational HR practices.

· Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and documentation.

· Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments.


Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree/MBA in Human Resources or a related field.

· 1–3 years of HR experience (end-to-end HR preferred).

· Experience in HR functions and managing 100+ employee strength is an added advantage.
