Job Title: Branch Manager – Car Sales Showroom

Location: Thrissur

Experience Required: 5–8 years in automobile sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our car sales showroom in Thrissur. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 8 years of proven experience in automobile sales, excellent leadership qualities, and a strong track record in managing teams and driving business growth. The role involves overseeing all branch operations, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the showroom and ensure smooth functioning
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty
  • Coordinate with the finance, service, and delivery departments for seamless operations
  • Monitor stock levels and manage vehicle inventory efficiently
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  • Prepare and submit performance reports to senior management

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in car sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
  • Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license
  • Good knowledge of the local market and fluency in Malayalam and English
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
