Kasparov Fight Camp in Vytilla, Kochi is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our members and guests. The role involves greeting visitors, managing front desk operations, handling calls and inquiries, maintaining records, and assisting with daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English and Malayalam, a pleasant personality, and prior experience in customer service or front-office roles. An interest in fitness or martial arts is an added advantage.

Front Desk Management:

  1. Greet and welcome members, clients, and guests with a warm and professional demeanor.

2.Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.

Guest & Member Relations:

1.Provide excellent hospitality and attentive service to all visitors.

2.Handle inquiries efficiently and direct them to the appropriate trainers or staff.

3.Manage membership registrations, renewals, and provide information on training schedules.

Communication Handling:

1.Answer and manage incoming calls with clarity, confidence, and courtesy.

2.Handle emails, messages, and appointment scheduling in a timely manner.

Administrative Support:

  1. Maintain attendance records, member databases, and other front-office documentation.

  2. Support trainers and management with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  1. Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  2. Highly organized, punctual, and confident in dealing with diverse clients.

  3. Fluency in English and Malayalam (knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage).

  4. Prior experience in reception, customer service, or front-office roles is desirable.

  5. Interest in fitness, sports, or martial arts is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
