Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Strength Coach at BASE Personal Training Gym in Bengaluru. The Strength Coach will be responsible for providing personalized strength training guidance, creating workout plans, assisting clients with proper form and technique, and motivating clients to reach their fitness goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in strength training and fitness coaching
  • Knowledge of proper form and technique for various exercises
  • Ability to create individualized workout plans
  • Strong communication and motivation skills
  • Certification in personal training or strength coaching is a plus
  • Passion for health and wellness
  • Understanding of basic nutrition principles
