Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher for the position of Telemarketing Intern at our Kolkata headquarters. This role involves interacting with potential customers to present our services, generate leads, and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) – the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Data entry (Mandatory skill) – proficiency in accurately inputting and managing data.
• Excel (Mandatory skill) – basic to intermediate skills in using Microsoft Excel.
• Sales skills – ability to understand client needs and pitch services accordingly.
• Customer service – skillful handling of customer queries and complaints to retain clients.
• Negotiation skills – capability to discuss and finalize deals beneficial to both parties.
• Time management – efficiently managing one's time to maximize productivity and meet deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers and present details of our services to generate interest.
• Identify sales opportunities and create leads through outbound calls.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up promptly.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships with clients.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance telemarketing skills.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on telemarketing activities and outcomes.
