Formal education: BE -Mechanical

Professional experience: 3 to 5 years

Role & responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly/quarterly rolling plan in coordination with Contract management and Engineering
  • Meeting invoicing targets as per annual business plan with close coordination with Purchase, Production and contract management
  • Scheduling of spares orders as per Customer delivery dates
  • Material planning using various material planning tools to improve availability of material and reduce material shortages
  • Coordinate with Purchase for daily shortages to adhere to monthly production plan and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Close coordination with the Subcontracting team for machined components to be processed from outside vendors
  • Ensuring On Time Deliveries of spares as per targets set by top management
  • Submit MIS Reports to various stake holders within stipulated time
  • Coordination with Project and Contract Management for dispatch clearances
  • Coordination with Controlling for invoicing and logistics
