Painting Engineer

Job Location: Khandala MIDC, Phase-II, Village Kesurdi, Tal.- Khandala, Dist.- Satara, Maharashtra.

Designation: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager

Department: Sub Contract

Formal education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Painting, mechanical, chemical, or civil engineering. Specialized courses in coatings and painting technology, NASE Level-2, SSPC etc.

Professional experience: 3 to 8 years

Major Responsibilities & Skills:

• Handle complete painting outsourcing activities
• Practical experience in industrial painting, including knowledge of safety standards
• Quality control processes.
• Knowledge of different types of paints and coatings.
• Understanding of surface preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with application methods (spraying, brushing, rolling).
• Proficiency in using painting equipment and tools.
• SAP PP / MM module
• Creation of Purchase orders
• Follow up with Vendor for daily painting activities, paint requirement etc.
• Technical (Paint related) guides to vendor and internal agency.
• Handle painting related Query of end customers.
• Help to Prepare of Painting procedures.

Soft Skills:

• Attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with other team members & Vendors.
• Problem-solving abilities to address any issues that arise during the painting process.
