A leading Building and Construction Material Manufacturing Group requires **Sales Executives**.

**MAHARASHTRA**:
AURANGABAD / JALNA / PUNE / SANGLI / DHULE / NANDURBAR / JALAGAON / NASIK / AHMEDNAGAR / HINGOLI / NANDED / BULDHANA

**Karnataka**:
Balguam / Hubali / BIDAR / Gulbarga

**Salary ctc: 2 to 5 LPA**

**Experience: 1- 6 years**

**Reporting**:GM / Sr Manager SALES

**Academic Qualifications**:Any Graduate

**JOB Category : COMPANY PAYROLL**

**Skill Required**:

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven experience of generating sales form distributor, dealers and supervisors.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

**Responsibilities**:

- Getting the sales from Distributor / Contractor / CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISORS
- Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to clients.
- Maintain a high level of exposure for direct sales - Meet and exceed sales targets (Closing deals)
- Negotiate clients - Successfully create business from new and existing clients
- Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business.
- Increase market/customer share in all revenue streams -Attend Sales events, as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
