Experience
- 1 to 4 years

JD -

  • Monitoring analyzing and tracking the emerging legal compliances under various categories like Employment and Labour Immigration Taxation Data Privacy etc
  • Finalize management position on key legislative changes take legal opinions
  • Update Compliance head in a timely manner on compliances ahead of time for timely implementation
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
  • Conducting regular audits of the compliance's tasks submitted in the compliance tool to identify investigate and resolve noncompliance's by implementing corrective actions and ensuring closure
  • Providing quarterly updates on emerging compliances and noncompliance's to the Audit and Compliance Committee
  • Carryout Audit of Applicable laws periodically and ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with service providers for changes in compliance contents by way of new compliances and amendments and upload in tool
  • Review completeness and ensure accuracy of compliance content by benchmarking with external updates on changes
  • Exercise oversight over policies published on intranet or website and coordinate with cross functional teams for the Policy amendment creation as per the regulatory requirement
