Role Summary
This role will be responsible for supporting the legal and compliance department in various processes associated with compliance management program, contract management, vendor selection and performance evaluation, compliance trainings, etc.

Job Requirements
Education
- LLP or Bachelor's degree in any discipline with relevant experience
Relevant Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role relating to contract management, legal/ compliance analyst.

Roles & Responsibilities
Support the Compliance Management Program by coordinating with different business units for updating compliances in Compliance Tool and capturing status of all applicable compliances.
Support initiative for undertaking compliance review of compliance reporting by business unit in the Compliance Tool.
Review vendor selection forms submitted by business units for completeness and maintain all documentation up to date for the purpose of audit.
Coordinate with business units for timely completion of annual Vendor Performance Evaluation process and review the forms.
Provide support for reviewing the business continuity process templates submitted by business units, for completeness.
Manage the status tracker of all contracts managed by the Legal and Compliance department.
Provide contract administration support for contracts including approvals, signature and uploading contracts into CLM Tool.
Track status of compliance trainings through reports available via Workday and escalate any non-compliances appropriately Provide support for handling internal and external audit queries Any other legal or compliance related work assigned from time to time.
Stakeholder Management
Manage communication and expectations with internal/ external stakeholders as required. Keeping the key leaders, responsible parties informed of key developments, addressing concerns, and foster positive relationships.
Other requirements
Experience working with US teams and understanding of US work culture is desirable.
