Position: Sr. ITES Executive (Customer Support)
Process: International Voice Process
Locations:
Rishikonda, Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh)
Dhankheti, Shillong (Meghalaya)
Sector V, Bidhannagar, Kolkata (West Bengal)
Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM 3:00 AM)
Working Days: 5 Days (2 Week Offs)
Package: Up to 32,000 (Take Home) | 35,500 CTC | 4.26 LPA
Transport Facility:
Female employees Home drop (within 30 km radius)
Male employees Nodal point drop (within 30 km radius)
Key Responsibilities*
~Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers related to medical insurance queries.
~Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and deliver excellent customer service.
~Ensure attention to detail while meeting productivity and quality benchmarks.
~Strictly follow compliance guidelines and company policies.
*Eligibility Criteria*
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate.
Minimum: 1 year of international voice process experience is mandatory.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first approach.
Flexible to work in night shifts and extended hours (OT applicable).
Relieving letter from previous organization is mandatory.
