Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team at Exaguru. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in business development across both B2B and B2C segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business development initiatives across B2B and B2C channels
  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
  • Assist in creating and maintaining client relationships
  • Help develop sales strategies and outreach campaigns
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
  • Prepare reports and presentations on business development activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
    (both verbal and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes
  • Active presence on professional networking platforms
