Salary : /- CTC Variable + TA(Rs.9/Km) + DA
Experience : Years (Animal Feed/Agri-Inputs/Veterinary/Dairy)
Qualification :- Preference to MBA(Sales/Marketing) / B.Sc (Agriculture)
Age- 30 yrs to 45 Yrs
Area Sales Manager JD:
Developing potential market for Cattle Feed, distribution network in targeted markets, tracking purchase & sales channel partners, create awareness amongst customers and analyse competitors ' activities, increase brand value as well as market value of Tiwana Cattle Feed.
Appointment & development of Distributors channels
Hiring, training and coaching team members of different location as per the company's vision.
Setting sales targets for individual SO and your team as a whole
To maintain and increase sales of company's products.
Achieving the targets and goals set in your area
Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
Servicing the needs of our existing customers
To increase business opportunities in the market
To ensure implementation of Company strategies in the field
Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
Customer feedback and market research
To suggest & implement brand promotional activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year
