- Market Promotion: Represent the company at networking events and conferences, highlighting its services to new and existing clients.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs, providing regular progress updates to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Significant business development experience, preferably in selling services to corporate clients.
- Immigration Knowledge: Prior experience in immigration services is desirable but not essential.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations and negotiate with clients.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and manage sales teams.
- Target-Driven: Strong sales and targets-driven mindset.
Potential Career Path:
With experience and success in this role, a BDM can progress to senior positions, such as Business Development Director, and take on more strategic responsibilities in driving business growth and expansion ¹.
