  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, service requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, trust, and repeat business.
  • Collaborate closely with the Design, Production, Service, and Sales teams to ensure seamless customer communication and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate and monitor after-sales service, including installation updates, commissioning feedback, and maintenance support.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify areas of improvement in product quality and service performance.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed customer communication records, visit reports, and service logs.
  • Assist in managing warranty claims, replacements, and service escalation processes in coordination with internal departments.
  • Support the Director and Marketing Department in customer satisfaction initiatives and relationship management strategies.
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and review discussions to ensure high levels of service delivery.
  • Develop and implement customer retention programs to enhance loyalty and strengthen brand reputation.
  • Monitor key Customer Relationship KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and satisfaction scores, and present reports to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
