Description:

The individual must have strong experience in Production Support with mandatory skills in Oracle - SQL - PL/SQL and Unix.

Excellent communication skills are a must for this position. Technical skills should complement the problem solving and communication skills to deliver

Job Responsibilities:


• Communication should be good to interact with Team members, clients and manager both verbal and written

• Should be having basic understanding about TLM config(all components) /ETL(Informatica)/Support function.

• Basic understanding of Unix, SQL and domain knowledge

• Good Team player

• Willingness to adopt new technology and business process

• Understand requirement or related documents

• Should be able to troubleshoot environment, data control and operational issues.

• Provide regular progress updates to the functional manager/ team lead.

• High potential to learn and deliver.

• Basic understanding of SDLC process

Key Skills:


• Experience of SQL and Oracle.

• Should have fundamentally strong and methodological problem solving skills

• Should demonstrate an ability to quickly learn new technology and apply their learning into practical use.

• Experience of formal development methodologies

• Knowledge of project lifecycle, particularly technical specification, development and test phases

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

• Proactive approach to implementation and problem resolution

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Conscientious approach and good attention to detail; completer / finisher

• High level of drive to meet aggressive deadlines and targets

• Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes

• Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision

Desirable Skills:

SmartStream TLM, Investment Banking Production Support, ServiceNow, Control-M

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree or above from an accredited college or university (or equivalent)

Experience: 4 plus years
