  • Education: Bachelors in Business/Marketing (Executive/ASM) | B.Sc Chemistry / Chemical Engineer (Head)

Role Brief
We are hiring Sales Executives, Area Sales Managers, and Sales Head to drive sales growth in API, Specialty Chemicals Excipients. The role involves business development, customer acquisition, revenue growth, market expansion, and leadership depending on the level applied.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop execute sales plans to achieve revenue goals
  • Identify develop new customers, maintain existing accounts
  • Conduct product presentations, negotiate close deals
  • Customer visits travel for business growth
  • Market research competitor analysis

Additional For ASM

  • Lead mentor sales representatives
  • Represent company at trade shows industry events

Additional For Sales Head

  • Build overall sales strategy expansion roadmap
  • Mentor inspire regional sales teams
  • Drive sales forecasting, budgeting reporting
  • Strengthen client stakeholder relationships
