growth over time and is looking for a result driven Senior Site Engineer for Hare Krishna Heritage

towers (HKHT), Kokapet, Hyderabad. HKHT is a Grand cultural heritage complex aimed to

serve as a centre of spiritual learning and development for people of all walks of life.

This is a Full-Time Employee position and requires working from project site. The ideal candidate

should be able to quickly share project updates proactively and flag bottle necks if any on time

with Project Heads. We are seeking a result driven professional willing to take complete

ownership on structural plans and architectural designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong

background in construction, with expertise in BOQ preparation, and billing, and a thorough

understanding of drawings, work schedules, and the execution of structural, finishing, and MEP.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS)

• Inspecting site conditions prior to start of construction activities.

• Inspecting the construction of temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with

specification, drawings.

• Ensure that procedures are followed and materials used confirm to specifications.

• Preparing daily logs and reports. Maintain records of inspections made, tests performed,

work executed, etc. Performing all work in accordance with the Contract Administration

Procedures Manual.

• Reviewing materials delivered to site for conformance with approved samples, materials

and equipment and report findings.

• Checking that materials delivered to site are properly stored and report discrepancies.

• Take samples of various materials tests and calls for testing as required.

• Observing site safety practices and the progress of the work. Reporting any concerns.

Ensures that proper safety procedures are followed.

• Maintain a very high level of Safety awareness and ensure the contractor complies with

his obligations.

• Assisting with the inspection of completed works. Helping prepare punch lists. Monitoring

the start-up, testing, commissioning and handover of the works.

• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times,

streamline work processes, and work co-operatively and jointly to provide a quality

streamline service.

• Photograph and document the condition of existing property that might be damaged by

the work. Making sure all existing structures, property, utilities and landscaping are

properly protected.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely execution of all phases of

construction.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless

project execution.

• Review the drawings and raise RFI.

• Lead the delivery of assigned works.

Qualifications & Skills Required :

• Graduation in Civil Engineering- BE / B tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Equivalent.

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in contracting firm in Commercial / Residential

projects/ Institutional buildings.

Good-to-Have (Preferred):

• Knowledge in Auto CAD, basic planning skills.

• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.

• Knowledge of structural, finishing, and MEP works along with costing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
