Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

to lead our

reliability, scalability, and performance initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure
high

availability, system resilience, and operational excellence

across our SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities


• Design, implement, and maintain
highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant

systems

.


• Lead
monitoring, alerting, and incident response

practices to ensure system reliability.


• Optimize
infrastructure performance, capacity planning, and cost efficiency

.


• Automate deployment, configuration, and operational processes using
CI/CD pipelines

and Infrastructure as Code

.


• Collaborate with development teams to
enhance system observability, reliability, and

performance

.


• Conduct root cause analysis of outages and implement
preventive measures

.
• Mentor and guide junior SRE and DevOps engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications


•
10+ years of experience

in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure

roles.


• Strong expertise in
cloud platforms

– AWS, Azure, or GCP.


• Hands-on experience with
Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration

.


• Proficiency in
automation tools and Infrastructure as Code

– Terraform, Ansible, or

similar.


• Solid understanding of
CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability tools

(Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).


• Strong scripting/programming skills (
Python, Bash, Go, or similar

).


• Experience with
highly available distributed systems, microservices architecture, and

fault-tolerance patterns

.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and
incident management expertise

.

• Experience with
SaaS product environments

.


• Knowledge of
security best practices and compliance standards

.


• Exposure to
AI/ML infrastructure pipelines

.
