AGM / DGM - Sourcing Sales (SOBO Market)

Role & responsibilities
Channel Partner Management:
- Build, onboard, and manage a strong network of premium brokers and IPCs focused on South Mumbai.
- Conduct regular broker engagement activities (meets, site walkthroughs, training).
- Drive channel performance through structured incentive programs.
Lead Sourcing & Activation:
- Generate qualified HNI leads through brokers, referrals, and activations in high-potential South Mumbai catchments.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on South Mumbai luxury market trends, competitor offerings, and buyer profiles.
- Share insights with internal teams to align pricing, positioning, and outreach strategies.
Team & Performance Management:
- Lead a small sourcing team; track performance via CRM and ensure daily lead flow.
- Maintain accurate MIS and reporting on lead sourcing and broker activity.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Strong broker network in the South Mumbai (SoBo) luxury residential market, specifically with:
Robust Retail Channel Partner (RCP) connections
Established relationships with Corporate Channel Partners (CPs) and IPCs - Minimum 5+ years of documented Team Lead experience in real estate sales or sourcing, preferably in luxury segment.
- Prior experience working with top real estate developers (Developer lobby preferred), with understanding of internal sales systems and SOPs.
- Deep knowledge of the SoBo HNI/UHNI buyer landscape, including localities like Malabar Hill, Breach Candy, Walkeshwar, Nepean Sea Road, Worli, etc.
- Strong ability to drive sourcing performance via broker relationships, activations, and high-quality lead generation.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and generating performance reports.
