Position Summary: AGM – Closing role involves leading a team of Closing Managers, converting high-potential leads into successful closures, and ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Sales Supervision: · Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Closing Managers across multiple projects in SOBO. · Drive team performance by setting clear sales targets, tracking KPIs, and providing hands-on guidance. · Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and client servicing skills.
