Product & Marketing Associate

 Location: North Bangalore (In Office)

About the Role:

This is a
hybrid product + marketing role
for someone who wants to
build and grow physical products from 0→1 and 1→100
.

You'll lead the
end-to-end development, launch, and scaling of stationery products
(starting with the Rocket Journal) while also driving
marketing strategy and execution
across platforms.

You'll work closely with the founders and core team to:

  • Shape product roadmaps and build new stationery SKUs (journals, cards, accessories, etc.) from concept to launch.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, designers, and internal teams for product R&D, prototyping, production timelines, and packaging.
  • Lead product launches end-to-end — from positioning, content and campaigns to partnerships and retail distribution.
  • Own marketing execution & planning for these products and other Rocket Health brand pages across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and community platforms.
  • Support on content production: ideation, scripting, shoots, and publishing across channels.
  • Track performance metrics (sales, content reach, CAC, retention, etc.) and use data to inform marketing and product iterations.

You're Perfect If:

  • Are a
    builder at heart
    — excited to take a product idea and make it real.
  • Have a
    creative + strategic brain
    — you can brainstorm a launch campaign in the morning and coordinate with a manufacturer in the afternoon.
  • Are social-media native and think in content formats (especially Reels, Pinterest, and YouTube).
  • Have strong communication and copywriting skills
  • Have high ownership, love fast execution , and thrive in small, fast-moving teams.
  • (Bonus) Have prior experience with
    D2C, product development, or brand marketing
    .

Requirements:

  • Ability to own and execute projects end-to-end.
  • Comfort working with multiple stakeholders (internal + external).
  • Eagerness to learn new things, experiment, and move fast.
  • Eye for trends and creative concepts that can be executed quickly.
  • Prior experience in similar roles is a bonus, but we're open to strong outliers and freshers who are hungry to build.
