Job Title: SAP Inside Sales BDM
Location: India (Bangalore, or Chennai)
Experience: 5–8 years in Inside Sales in SAP domain.
Role overview:
Looking for SAP Inside sales BDM to work closely with Sales Director, marketing, presales, and field sales teams to convert leads into qualified opportunities and drive early-stage funnel progression across India, the Middle East, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive lead generation and opportunity qualification for SAP services and solutions (S/4HANA, BTP, RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, Analytics, and SAP SaaS offerings)
- Engage with senior IT and business stakeholders through phone, email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, and convert them into high-quality sales opportunities
- Run focused account-based campaigns and market outreach initiatives across target industries and regions
- Collaborate with sales directors and presales to support early-stage pursuit strategy
- Track and report weekly metrics leads generated, meetings booked, opportunity conversions
- Nurture dormant accounts and cold leads with personalized messaging and thought leadership content
- Coordinate with SAP partner ecosystem to follow up on co-sell motions and marketing campaigns
Ideal Candidate Profile:
5+ years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or B2B business development, preferably in SAP, enterprise software, or IT services
Strong understanding of SAP landscape and terminology (S/4HANA, RISE, GROW, BTP, etc.)
Excellent communication skills, confident, persuasive, and fluent in virtual selling
Hands-on experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms
Highly organized and self-motivated.
Able to understand complex offerings and tailor conversations to industry and role
Exposure to international markets like Middle East, APAC, or North America is a plus
