Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the UAE to introduce and explain
  • Company's postpaid SIM cards, eLife packages, and SMB product offerings.
  • Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of Company products to prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor product recommendations to match their requirements.
  • Effectively handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information about company products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into successful sales.
  • Stay updated on the latest Company products, promotions, and market trends.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar customer-facing sales role, preferably with exposure to telecom products or services.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive telephone manner.
  • Fluency in English & Hindi is essential.
  • Proficiency in Arabic or other languages spoken in the UAE will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers over the phone.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹28,181.10 per month
