Job Description -
Responsibilities:

Manage operations supporting Credit Underwriting and Portfolio Management for a US-based banking client.

Lead multiple teams of credit analysts performing credit reviews, due diligence, KYC, and other time-sensitive activities.

Take full ownership of operational delivery, including process trackers and client governance meetings.

Design and implement quality control mechanisms to ensure deliverables meet SLA standards for accuracy, turnaround time, and completeness.

Support leadership in transitioning new clients and projects into steady-state operations.

Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and deliver value to customers.

Maintain process health and hygiene, including training and onboarding of new staff.
