Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager Vendor Management to lead the growth and development of our Client and Endpoint Devices portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end category management, including product strategy, assortment planning, pricing, and vendor relationships. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, market knowledge, and business acumen to drive category performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Category Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic roadmap to drive category growth, profitability, and market share.
  • Product Assortment & Development: Identify gaps in the category, introduce new products, and optimize the existing portfolio.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating the best terms for pricing, margins, and supply chain efficiency.
  • Pricing & Promotion Management: Define pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and discounts to optimize revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Sales & Performance Analysis: Monitor category performance using key metrics (sales, margins, inventory turnover, conversion rates, etc.) and take data-driven actions to improve outcomes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, supply chain, and digital teams to enhance category visibility and customer experience.
  • Inventory & Demand Planning: Ensure optimal stock levels, minimize stock-outs, and manage demand forecasting effectively.
